rasterguard - Locking of raster positions
Locks the raster positions, so so their georeference cannot be modified (accidentally ) by element manipulation functions.
In Microstation V8i the manipulation of raster positions is different to prior versions. Raster can now be modified via the "normal" element modification functions, even dragged when selected. That is frustrating for the user. Raster may be locked to prevent manipulation, but its frustrating as you also have to lock/unlock rasters when you want to toggle only the raster visiblity.
If you use rasterguard, only manipulation of geoinformation is prevented. That is moving, scaling and rotating. All other manipulations, e.g. toggle visiblity, change transparency or priority will be possible.
rasterguard is free.
